Critical Intervention Outreach Service (CIOS) is dedicated to providing essential support services to victims, survivors, and their families.
Our mission is to aid individuals affected by trauma and crisis through advocacy, guidance, and comprehensive, personalised support. We work closely with our clients to assess risks, develop individualised support plans, and implement safety measures tailored to their unique needs.
Our Services Include:
- Outreach and Client Advocacy
We provide direct outreach and advocate for clients’ rights, helping them navigate complex challenges with respect and understanding. - Risk Assessment and Safety Planning
In collaboration with victims and survivors, we assess risks and create customised safety and support plans to ensure clients’ security within their environment. - Referral Assistance
Our team facilitates access to additional resources and services that address complex issues in the home, supporting long-term stability and safety for clients.
Program Activities
Our program focuses on empowerment, self-esteem, education, and holistic well-being through a person-centered approach. We offer a variety of activities designed to support clients’ mental and physical health, including culturally-based cooking programs and therapeutic support.
